Our September Social will be an evening that you’ll definitely not want to miss!
Pat Morrow is an adventure photographer and mountaineer who grew up in Kimberley and whose still photography and video work spans the globe. He was the first to complete the 7 Summits climbing project (the Carstensz version), is a member of the Order of Canada, an Honorary Fellow of the Royal Canadian Geographic Society, and the Alpine Club of Canada, and never takes “no” for an answer.
Everyone is welcome to join us at the Kensington Legion on September 17th, 2019 at 7:30 to hear Pat tell of his development as both a climber and photographer. He will be sharing with us adventures between 1975 and 1985 in the Rockies as well as the Interior. A highlight will be the photography and story of his canyoneering exploits that resulted in the book, Searching for Tao Canyon.
